The innovative electrical design features built into the ultra-slim gyro have resulted in huge performance increases in rate measurement and survey data management.

State of the art power management systems incorporated into the new SlimGyro deliver spectacular energy efficiency improvements, dramatically extending downhole survey time capability. With less than 0.2 watts of power consumption, the standard battery can keep the gyro system powered up and surveying for up to 80 hours, longer than necessary to complete the most demanding time-wise surveying job.
